We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Oriental United Construction Sdn Bhd. As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our construction projects in Menglembu, Perak. This is a full-time position that will require your expertise in managing site operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising all site activities, including the work of tradespeople, subcontractors and labourers
• Ensuring that project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site
• Conducting regular site inspections and reporting on progress to management
• Enforcing health and safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all workers
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the site team
• Collaborating with the project management team to optimise site operations
