Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with OSHA 1994 and relevant safety regulations at the project site

• Implement, monitor, and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices

• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings

• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses

• Liaise with project team, contractors, and authorities on safety‑related matters

• Maintain proper documentation such as safety reports, permits, and inspection records

• Ensure all workers comply with PPE and safety requirements

• Provide safety induction and ongoing safety awareness to site personnel

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Certificate / Yellow Book (DOSH registered)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in construction, industrial, or project environments

• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willing to work on a project‑based contract

• Immediate or short‑notice availability is an added advantage
