Job description

NSS Infraworks Sdn Bhd – Kota Tinggi, Johor

Monitor and enforce site safety requirements in accordance with OSHA, DOSH, and project safety standards.

Conduct daily site inspections, identify safety hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and inductions for workers and subcontractors.

Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, JSA, incident reports, and safety checklists.

Investigate accidents, near misses, and non-compliance issues, and recommend preventive measures.

Ensure workers comply with PPE requirements and safe work procedures.

Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors on safety-related matters.

Assist in developing and updating the Site Safety Plan and Emergency Response Plan.

Promote a positive safety culture across the project team.

Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Possess a valid Yellow Book / Site Safety Supervisor certificate (or equivalent recognized qualification).
