A leading energy technology firm is searching for a Project Site Logistic Coordinator for a fixed 2-year term in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role involves managing the receipt, handling, and preservation of materials on site. Candidates should possess expertise in inventory management, warehouse logistics, and strong communication skills in English and local languages. This position will be crucial for ensuring efficient operations in collaboration with supply chain management and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, customer service or inventory focused role is required.
• Proficient in inventory management, warehouse organization, receiving & shipping functions independently.
• Fluency in English and local languages, able to communicate cross-culturally.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure close collaboration with Supply Chain Management for material delivery.
• Coordinate lifting equipment and personnel for unloading goods.
• Prepare and maintain preservation plans for materials delivered.
• Track operational intervals of equipment for maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
