Job description

To supervise and monitor all works according to contract, method statement, construction drawings and all related specifications.

To conduct QAQC and regular inspection to ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and standards set by the consultant, developer / client.

Liaise with consultant or project team regarding construction plans/ drawings and site construction issues.

To conduct check on materials delivered to site and ensure complying to contract.

Identified any construction problems and to make sure it solved by the correct method.

To assist Project Manager in managing construction site, checking and reporting the Main-cons / Sub-cons work progress.

To keep all relevant documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works.

Responsible for all site daily inspection works (Architecture, Structures and M&E) including CPC and CCC inspections, defects rectification works.

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the related field.
