Job description

Manage and maintain all site documentation, including project files, contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication between departments and external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of site reports, tracking work progress, and ensuring all documentation is submitted on time.

Coordinate logistics for the site, such as arranging deliveries of materials, equipment, and managing inventory.

Handle site-specific HR tasks, such as tracking employee attendance, managing timesheets, and assisting with payroll processing.

Ensure that site office supplies, equipment, and materials are well-stocked and available when needed.

Assist in ensuring compliance with site safety protocols by maintaining records of safety audits, permits, and training certifications.

Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.

Assist in organizing and coordinating site meetings, taking minutes, and distributing information to relevant stakeholders.

Support site team with ad‑hoc tasks, including coordinating site visits, preparing documents for review, and managing office correspondence.
