Job description

Responsibilities

• Produce Graphical and Technical signage shop drawings for high‑profile developments.
• Check tender drawings, raise enquiries on graphical/technical issues, conduct site checks and dimensioning, produce shop drawings, produce production files upon drawing approval, oversee and inspect the final product, perform final site checks upon installation if required.
• Participate in project meetings and site walks when required.
• Execute concepts into graphical/technical shop drawings to final product.
• Demonstrate good individual discipline and understanding of interactive disciplines, from working individually to team coordination.
• Work independently with minimum supervision to meet target dates.
• Perform any other duty and responsibility assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Minimum Diploma / Higher‑Diploma / Degree in Design / Multimedia or related disciplines.
• At least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
• Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Skilled in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp and other relevant software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, video editing, architecture rendering or other software is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
