About the Role
We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist (Mandarin-speaking) to support a prestigious 5-star hotel project. In this role, you will assist hotel guests virtually through email, live chat, and outbound calls—providing the same high-quality service as an in-person receptionist, but without face-to-face interaction. Candidates with a background in hotel front desk or hospitality will have an advantage.

Remark: Sign on bonus depends on the T&C of the project

What You’ll Do

Handle guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and outbound calls.

Support guests with reservations, booking changes, and general hotel information.

Deliver 5-star service standards in every virtual interaction.

Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all communications.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) – English proficiency is an added advantage.

Background in hospitality, hotel receptionist, or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Ability to create a warm, professional guest experience virtually.

Willing to work onsite in a professional office environment.

Willing to work rotational shift
