Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor all shipping activities including import, export, and local shipments.
  • Prepare and handle shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and on-time delivery.
  • Track and update shipment status, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal departments.
  • Support the resolution of shipping discrepancies, delays, or related issues.
  • Assist in cost monitoring and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm

Salary: Up to RM3500
