SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn Bhd – Kulai, Johor

Handle all import and export documentation, including invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, and permits.

2.Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all shipments comply with Malaysian Customs and regulatory requirements (K1–K9, SIRIM, MAQIS, MITI, etc.).

3.Shipment Coordination & Tracking

Coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor shipment status, and resolve delivery issues promptly.

4.Freight Cost & Invoice Management

Request freight quotations, compare costs, and verify freight invoices before payment.

5.Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners; maintain accurate shipment records and prepare reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export operations.

Strong understanding of shipping terms (Incoterms) such as FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA, DAP, etc.

Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
