Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Monitoring and reporting on key warehouse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency, optimize productivity, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, lean warehousing, and automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with other business functions.
• Enforce high safety standards to maintain a healthy and legally compliant work environment.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff, including warehouse contractors.
• Oversee the training and development of the logistics team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
• More than 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, SAP tools and systems, like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA will be adding advantages.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation (if applicable).
• Must be able to work in shift and willingness to work flexible hours/weekends during peak seasons.
• Experience and knowledge of TPM would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
