Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment services.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical services in a data centre.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests and ensure completion within SLA/KPI.
  • Coordinate site maintenance and project work complying with HSE standards.
  • Conduct proactive site walkabouts to minimize complaints.

Job description

Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work to related maintenance work or project. Additional task based on specific skills. Shift pattern is 12 hours, 4 days work and 4 days Off.

Responsibilities
  • Service Request/Work Order Management
  • Receive service request/work order and ensure completion within agreed SLA/KPI
  • Provide solution to technical/handyman issues and responsible for delivery of services.
  • Work with other team members to meet all SLA/KPI
  • Proactively conduct site walkabout and identify required work order to minimize complaints.
  • Maintenance Work and Project Coordination
  • To coordinate/monitor site maintenance/project work in compliance to HSE standards
  • Responsible to complete the assigned planned maintenance work and coordinate any reactive inspection as and when required.
  • Additional Task (Specific Skills)
  • Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) and Genset coordination work
  • Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) coordination work
  • Perform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the following areas:
  • Heating
  • Ventilation
  • Air conditioning
  • Fire Systems
  • Related control systems
  • UPS/Rectifier/Batteries
Qualifications And Ideal Experiences
  • Degree in Engineering and/or Electrical or Mechanical.
  • 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment services.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
  • Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation.
  • Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and in technical troubleshooting.
