Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Shift Engineer to join our team at our facility in Gelang Patah. In this on‑site role, the Shift Engineer will be responsible for the operational maintenance and supervision of critical data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling, and security systems. Duties include conducting inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring all systems meet performance standards, and implementing scheduled maintenance as per company protocols. The role requires collaboration with the technical team to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, with knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in monitoring and managing data center operations, including familiarity with monitoring tools and systems.
• Ability to analyze technical data, create reports, and implement recommendations effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields is required, with prior experience in a similar role as an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, as required by operational needs.
