Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely movement of ocean freight to and from specific locations, meeting agreed customer service standards.
• Handle all vendor-facing communication and internal shipment-related coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage import documentation centrally for multiple regions.
• Coordinate with ports, customs, and carriers as required.
• Track import shipments and update status in the shipment management system.
• Support local offices with operational questions or issue.
