Job description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across ITSM and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, a good understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (primarily ITSM; exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus).
  • Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
  • Design and implement Workflows / Flow Designer solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment processes.
  • Build and consume REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and application releases. Provide production support and resolve incidents and defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Platform Administrators.
Experience
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
