• Min 5 to 7 years of experience in the Electrical field with mechanical experience a plus.
• A4 Chargeman certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga is required.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of diesel generators and load banks.

We’re looking for an Electrical Technician, focusing on the Operation and Maintenance of Aggreko’s Modular fleets such as Diesel Generators, Gas Generators, Load Banks, Chillers, AC, and cooling Towers. What You’ll Do

• Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance – Perform electrical servicing, equipment maintenance, fault finding, and repairs following work instructions and standards.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Carry out mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs as needed.
• Installation & Commissioning – Assist with site installation, commissioning, and decommissioning to Aggreko standards when required.
• Field Support & Timely Repairs – Respond to equipment breakdowns in and out of working hours, ensuring repairs are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance – Adhere to Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and training.
• Testing & Assembly – Conduct electrical/mechanical assembly, repair, and testing of Aggreko products according to defined scope and quality documentation.

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

• Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronic /Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the Electrical field, experience in the Mechanical field a plus.
• A4 Chargeman – certified issued by the Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)
• Technically Competent, preferably within a Power Generation Environment
• Experience in operation and maintenance of diesel generators, distribution panels, switchgears and Loadbank.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Diesel Engine OEM, Rental power company or Utility maintenance comprising DG set, chillers etc.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, safely, while maintaining quality standards
• Effective troubleshooting capability and ability to read electrical drawings.
• Availability to travel as and when required.
• Site/Depot based job requiring both technical and manual work to be conducted in all weather and terrain
