Job summary

A leading HVAC service provider is seeking an experienced technician to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC/ACMV systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related field, with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service, managing service sites, and performing system audits. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently. Shift flexibility and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering field is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in Applied Mechanical or HVAC industry preferred.
• Strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary.

Job description

Maintain and perform troubleshooting for HVAC/ACMV systems for operational fault & system breakdowns

To attend to customers' complaints & provide prompt service to meet customer satisfaction.

Manage all allocated Service Sites, able to monitor all resources to ensure achieve all customer objectives

Provide support to all air conditioning and mechanical ventilation equipment, perform calculations, and implement various plans for service and maintenance

Evaluate all approval systems, revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions to optimal qualities within required time frame.

Perform audit on all HVAC systems and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all logbooks and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.

Work with team members to deliver service & maintenance works according to standard procedures & process

Attend and participate in meetings with main-con/sub-con/architect/consultant/client and resolving project issues.

Any other task assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager from time to time.

Prepare & carry out daily schedules, submit work/time sheet & reporting as required.

Continuously review and improve the service operations work processes to ensure at all times an efficient service operation is sustained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Control or equivalent.
• Preferably senior executives with 5-10 years experiences in Applied Mechanical or ACMV systems or HVAC industry.
• Possess strong teamwork, organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• With own transport and willing to travel (local and outstation).
• Willing to works shift or compromise with team member in order to meet the client expectation.
• Work with minimum supervision, willing to learn, responsible with positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
