The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, along with at least a Diploma/Degree. Responsibilities include liaising with medical staff, providing necessary services for patients, and addressing their feedback. Qualifications

• Work closely with Business Office, Nursing and Pharmacy teams to smoothen the patients’ discharge journey.
• Act as a liaison with patient and their family members for the discharge process.
• Provide meals and transportation for eligible patients.
• Monitor bed status and ensure that bed status is updated by relevant teams from time to time.
• Attend to patient feedback for discharges as and when required.
