Job summary

A healthcare facility in Malaysia is seeking a professional to facilitate patient discharges, ensuring effective communication with patients and families. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, along with at least a Diploma/Degree. Responsibilities include liaising with medical staff, providing necessary services for patients, and addressing their feedback. Qualifications

  • Monitor bed status and ensure that bed status is updated by relevant teams from time to time.
  • Attend to patient feedback for discharges as and when required.
