Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive sales activities to meet set targets
• Constantly acquire and update knowledge of our products
• Enhance customer satisfaction via customer relationship skills
• Manage the delivery process of vehicles to customers
• Develop sales plans in consultation with sales management to achieve sales target
• Participate in Sales Trainings and Company planned events and marketing activities
• Active on social media to post content related to Proton for sales initiation and engagement
• Marketing Plans and New Media Marketing Posts and management
• Servicing Proton Cars to the required standards (Aftersales Candidates)
• Repair Jobs and warranty claims
• Administration for After Sales paperwork and invoicing
• Attend to customer and explain about the job being carried out for the day

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or other equivalent qualification according to applied positions
• Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision
• Enjoy meeting people and inquisitive in understanding customer needs
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license
• Dynamic, charismatic and customer-oriented candidates
• Have experience in the business of selling products to high net-worth individuals will also be considered even without experience in the automotive industry
• Relevant Experience and Credentials based on the position available
• Flexible to work on weekends and evenings as required to meet customer needs if required to do so
