As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues, communicate repair needs, and provide cost estimates to customers
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of service appointments and customer vehicles
• Liaise with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Process customer payments and maintain detailed records of all service transactions
