You’ll be the cornerstone of our design quality, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a user-centric vision across all touchpoints.

You’ll Own & Impact

• Design System Leadership: Evolve, govern, and scale our multi-product design system. Establish and maintain a robust library of documented, accessible Figma components.
• End-to-End Experience Design: Lead the design of intuitive user journeys for sophisticated workflows—from concept to high-fidelity prototypes and specifications.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define problems, shape strategy, and advocate for user-centered solutions.
• Quality & Advocacy: Elevate design standards through mentorship, constructive critiques, and by promoting best practices in accessibility and systematic design thinking.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of UX/UI design expertise, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
