Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a trainer and training manager for construction projects.
• Proven track record in training program development and delivery.
• Registered HRDF trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center.
• Develop and manage SOPs for training operation.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs.
• Design comprehensive training programs tailored to roles.
• Monitor the progress and performance of trainees.
