Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Telco BSS, charging, or billing systems.
• Familiarity with mediation or billing workflows.
• Basic understanding of Core Network elements and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure Online Charging System (OCS) and Billing platforms.
• Handle operational tasks, including charging configurations.
• Troubleshoot charging and billing issues across prepaid/postpaid flows.
• Work with Core Network teams for integration and testing.
