Job description

A Property Management Company is inviting suitable and qualified individuals to apply for A4 Category Technician.

The A4 chargeman is reporting to Property Manager and responsible to trouble shoot the arising facility related matters.

He is required to conduct the periodic preventive and services as planned and scheduled to ensure all equipment are under proper operational capacity.

Coordinate and follow through together with contractors during the services and repairs and maintenance.

Perform the required ST standards.

The position is based at Johor Bahru.

Salary will commensurate with the qualification and working experience.
