Job summary

A regional engineering services company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and significant experience in MEP systems, demonstrating strong problem-solving, coordination, and technical skills. This role involves managing projects in compliance with local regulations and maintaining quality control standards. Candidates with a background in working with contractors will have an advantage. Positions are available in Kedah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years' experience in design and construction, with at least 3 years on projects.
• Familiar with Malaysian authority submission processes (BOMBA, TNB, IWK).
• Experience working with main contractors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full design cycle for projects.
• Provide technical leadership during pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and building codes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
