Job summary

A growing recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead its team and drive talent acquisition strategies. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing recruitment effectiveness. Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resource Management and have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international context. Job description

Lead and manage a team of recruiters, driving team performance through effective leadership, including team meetings, one-to-one sessions, and regular training.

Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies by planning, executing, and monitoring all recruitment activities.

Plan, develop, manage, and oversee employer branding initiatives.

Identify appropriate recruitment sources, tools, and methods for different roles across the company.

Manage end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and business stakeholders to fill approved vacancies in line with business objectives.

Review and enhance recruitment processes to improve candidate experience, reduce time-to-fill KPIs, and increase hiring manager satisfaction.

Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor movements.

Handle and manage manpower planning activities.

Prepare and distribute regular recruitment reports, as well as ad-hoc reports when required, including identifying issues and recommending action plans.

Participate in projects and initiatives within or beyond the recruitment team as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience.

Proven recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency, with strong knowledge of best practices and candidate experience delivery.

Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and motivating a team.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
