Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, sustainability, or related areas.
• Experience with RBA/CSR/SER audits and Responsible Minerals Sourcing preferred.
• Experience in sustainability directives and GHG reduction initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RBA audit plans for suppliers.
• Analyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee collection, validation, and submission of responsible sourcing reports.
