  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate and manage statutory audits, including liaising with external auditors and responding to audit queries
  • Prepare statutory adjustments, reclassifications, and reconciliation between management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Ensure timely regulatory filings, including annual reports and financial statements submission to authorities
  • Support tax reporting and compliance by working closely with tax teams and external advisors
  • Maintain strong documentation and audit trails in line with internal controls and compliance standards
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements and assess impact on statutory reporting
  • Collaborate with GL, FP&A, and shared services teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX and internal control reviews where applicable
  • Participate in process improvements, standardisation initiatives, and reporting enhancements
