Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); ETS364 preferred.
• 3+ years of strong experience in ATE test development for analog, digital, and mixed signal.
• Hands-on experience in debugging analog products with serial bus interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Test development for power management IC, including ATE platform selection and test plan development.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align test strategies.
• Analyze ATE test results to improve repeatability and stability.
