This position will support the strategic initiatives of the Organisational Development (OD) department by designing, implementing, and managing training programmes that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop, implement, and monitor the learning & development of all employees to support the achievement of a performance-driven culture. Responsible for end-to-end training management and administration, with a focus on the facilitation of soft skills programmes.
