- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, XHS), including content formats, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, platform-appropriate captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Basic photo/video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
- A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and current trends in digital content and youth culture.
- Familiarity with scheduling, publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with design, content, e-commerce, and retail teams.
- Willingness to travel or work flexible hours occasionally during campaign periods or brand events.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment or across different consumer segments (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, or retail).
- Passion for digital trends, emerging platforms, and experimenting with new content formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok trends, interactive stories).
- Familiarity with influencer or creator collaboration processes.
- Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different brand voices or target audiences.
