A fast-growing F&B group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Social Media Executive to manage social media presence for multiple brands. Responsibilities include content creation, community engagement, and support for marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, strong knowledge of the Malaysian market, and creativity in brand management. ELCY Group is a fast-growing F&B group in Malaysia, operating multiple restaurant brands including Rasa Mala (modern halal Malatang) and Huo Long Malatang (Malaysian-style Malatang). We are building strong brands with disciplined execution and are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to grow our digital presence across multiple markets.
Plan, create, and manage daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Handle content for both Rasa Mala and Huo Long Malatang, adapting tone and messaging for different audiences
Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithms
Content Creation & Brand Management
Coordinate content shoots, short videos, reels, and outlet content
Work with designers, videographers, and influencers
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s positioning, values, and guidelines
Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify and manage KOLs and creators for both brands
Engage with followers, comments, and DMs professionally
Performance & Campaign Support
Track content performance, engagement, and growth
Support marketing campaigns, outlet openings, and festive promotions
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Minimum 2–4 years experience in social media or digital marketing
Able to manage multiple brands with different positioning and target audiences
Strong understanding of the Malaysian market, including Malay/Muslim and Chinese audiences
Comfortable creating and managing content in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and basic analytics
Creative, organised, and hands-on
Willing to be on-site for content shoots when required
Hands-on exposure managing two strong and growing F&B brands
