SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR/ SITE SUPERVISOR / C&S SUPERVISOR/ QAQC PROTEGE

• Planning and coordinating daily site operations.
• Supervision and monitoring of all construction/installation works.
• Supervise and control sub‑contractors’ daily work activities, ensuring material, equipment, personnel and tools are available.
• Monitor sub‑contractors’ work progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements and approved method statements.
• Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage.
• Maintain a site diary to record daily activities.
• Promptly report any non‑conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Maintain quality of work in accordance with specifications and design.
• Manage, monitor, and control the usage of materials, plant and machinery.
• Responsible for closing defect works and Non‑Conformances (NCR/NCP).
• Inspect and test materials prior to use at site, remove rejected materials.
• Ensure the correct implementation of works according to technical specification, designs and quality of materials.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

QAQC PROTÉGÉ

• Assist in leading and managing QAQC inspectors and quality control personnel on site.
• Conduct daily QA/QC inspections on work done on site as per approved method statement and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Team and other parties on QA/QC issues.
• Identify and highlight foreseeable defect issues to the project team.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Compile and submit inspection reports to the QAQC Manager.
• Ensure all activities and materials comply with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, codes and standards.
• Report on quality status and issues.
• Provide recommendations for improving quality processes and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and quality‑related activities.
• Identify NCRs and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support the site during external audits.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

C&S SUPERVISOR

• Study the work plan submitted by the contractor and suggest modifications.
• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications and bill of quantities.
• Supervise on site according to contract documents using consultant‑established templates and procedures.
• Inspect and test materials before use as per consultant‑approved samples and remove rejected materials.
• Ensure correct implementation of works per technical specifications and designs.
• Check layout and setting out of buildings relative to existing structures and site levels.
• Ensure the site layout follows site management plans and provide safety measures for site workers and third parties.
• Adopt and enforce health and safety measures; prepare weekly safety reports and advise on additional safety measures.
• Prepare and monitor a list of critical items.
• Execute other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
