Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities.
• Ensuring effective management of construction projects and client requirement.
• Supervise subcontractor with objective of completing the project on time as well as meets the quality and cost control of the project.
• Check construction work in order to ensure work is constructed in accordance to latest drawing and specifications.
• Maintained records daily work progress and any issues with others contractors/client in order to retain the best qualified for ongoing and future projects.
• Inspect and control the quality of construction work.
• Represent fortnightly progress site meetings and to update if any construction issues.
• Knowledge in M&E work will be add advantages.
