Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and EOT applications with accurate and timely supporting documentation.
• Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager and Project Manager on variation and contractual matters.
• Assist in contract awards, subcontractor evaluations, and sourcing competitive quotations from suppliers.
• Provide pre- and post-contract support, including cost monitoring, scope change management, and final account preparation.
• Work with the Project Manager to prepare regular physical progress and cost-related reports.
• Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion; support post-contract activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience (experience in a similar role is an added advantage).
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
