We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales & Product Representative based in Borneo to join our team at EAST WEST SEED (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and strengthening our presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

Drives the business in the assigned region by developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and key players in the value‑chain.

Expand business in the assigned region by identifying opportunities and evaluating current market position.

Achieve committed sales budget targets while maintaining timely collection of payments.

Provide accurate market information on demands and trends in the assigned region.

Coordinate and organise marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.

Support customers on questions about product specifications and best cultivation practices.

Work effectively with other team members including supporting junior team members with questions on technical and procedural issues.

Prepare and submit reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Sciences, or equivalent work experience.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

3 - 4 years of experience in sales and/or agriculture business; candidates with sales experience in other industries are welcome to apply.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willing to travel frequently within and across region.

Possess a local driving license.
