A global FMCG leader is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to bridge the gap between commercial strategy and execution. The successful candidate will oversee the entire Sales Operations function and lead a team of sales support professionals. Key responsibilities include championing the Route-to-Market strategy, optimizing resource deployment, and managing budget efficiencies. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager for one of the global MNC players in the FMCG space. This is a pivotal role to bridge the gap between commercial strategy and field execution, and requires your urgent attention.

  • Reporting to: Sales Director
  • Team size: 8 direct reports
  • Join a world-renowed FMCG leader to drive excellence across their nationwide commercial functions.
Responsibilities
  • Champion the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, defining the right distribution depth and breadth while implementing KPI scorecards to track channel performance.
  • Oversee the entire Sales Operations function, including the management of Sales Tools (DMS, SFA), ensuring data accuracy, and driving sales forecasting in alignment with Demand Planning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales support and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and optimizing resource deployment.
  • Manage Trade Spend efficiency and Category Management initiatives, ensuring budgets are optimized and Planograms/In-store execution guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of FMCG experience, with cross-functional experience across frontend commercial functions (GT or MT) and backend strategy (RTM, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in Sales Analytics and Distributor Management Systems (DMS), with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
  • A resilient and independent leader who can deliver results under pressure while managing successful cross-functional projects.
