Job summary

Job description
Primary Objectives
  • To drive sales growth and strengthen the company’s market presence through effective sales support, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
  • To ensure excellent customer experience by providing responsive after‑sales support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in updating sales kits, coordinate project launches, manage leasing rental monitoring, and execute sales credit functions including purchaser loan applications and drawdowns.
  2. Oversee and monitor customer inquiries and complaints, site inspections, key handovers, and coordination with lawyers and purchasers on Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) matters.
  3. Plan, arrange, and execute marketing tools (billboards, brochures, buntings), showroom setup, roadshows, and sales gallery arrangements to support sales activities.
  4. Update buyer housing information, cross‑check SPA summaries, status reports, and maintain accurate records to support sales and management reporting requirements.
  5. Conduct research on customer needs, competitor activities, and product positioning to provide insights for sales strategies and strengthen the company’s market presence.
  6. Assist in unfinanced payment collections and follow up with banks to ensure timely loan drawdowns.
  7. Review and provide comments on building specifications and layouts, and support documentation accuracy for sales and marketing functions.
  8. Liaise with lawyers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and enhanced customer satisfaction.
