In this full-time role, you will develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and analyze market trends for growth. The ideal candidate has a diploma in marketing, at least 4 years of experience in the hotel industry, and strong negotiation and communication skills. As a Sales Manager at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our premier hospitality brand. In this full-time role, you will be based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre, where you will devise and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and market share.
Sales Targets - To achieve sales targets allocated by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.
Market Coverage - To effectively cover the market according to territory and types of customers allocated, namely corporate clients, clubs and associations, government, semi-government, embassies, etc.
Sales Calls - To conduct personal sales calls to a minimum of six companies each day in order to establish and maintain a strong base of accounts. In addition, to make telephone calls to at least five (5) clients each day to maintain contract, in the morning before going out and in the evening after returning from field work.
Customer Rapport - To build strong rapport with key accounts and provide efficient service to maintain business support.
a) Keep track of information that is likely to affect our target markets, new business
Sales Reports - To ensure reports requested by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing are properly prepared and submitted on time.
Quotation & Follow-Up - To ensure quotations for customers enquiries are prepared and sent promptly and follow-up accordingly to close the sale.
Others - To assist Senior Director of Sales & Marketing in work related to Sales & Marketing when requested. Work delegated must be handled independently and efficiently until completion.
