A leading company in the niche market is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) based in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur. The role demands a hands-on sales professional with 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience and a proven track record in niche industries. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new accounts, and negotiating deals independently. Frequent travel and a solid understanding of commercial acumen are essential. Strong English and Malay communication skills are required, and a valid driving license is mandatory.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) with strong field exposure and a proven track record in niche or technical industries.
This role is designed for a hands‑on, ground‑level sales professional who is comfortable spending most of their time on the road, meeting clients, canvassing new accounts, and developing long‑term business relationships.
This is not an office‑based sales role. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, understands complex products, and is used to navigating industrial or specialized markets.
Actively develop and manage B2B clients through field visits, canvassing, and direct engagement
Identify and penetrate new accounts in niche or specialized industries
Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and business travel as required
Build strong, long‑term relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders
Understand client needs and propose tailored commercial solutions
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals independently
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and after‑sales support
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in niche, industrial, technical, or specialized sectors
Proven experience in canvassing, cold visits, and on‑site client engagement
Comfortable with frequent travel and out‑of‑office working style
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Able to work independently, disciplined, and target‑oriented
Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia mandatory; Mandarin is an advantage)
Possess a valid driving license and own transport
Based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor (highly preferred)
A mature, street‑smart sales professional, not a desk‑bound salesperson
Someone who understands relationship‑driven B2B sales, not transactional selling
