Responsibilities

- Expand the customer base by engaging clients within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals and negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure superior post‑sales service.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and applications of insulation products to clients.
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions aligned with client project needs.
- Deliver product training sessions and presentations to customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and uphold high standards of quality.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote insulation solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of proven sales experience in industrial or building materials, preferably insulation products or relevant field.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and/or managing large accounts is essential.
- Sales experience or exposure dealing with insulation / construction / building material / manufacturing projects or industry would be highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
- Proficient in interpersonal communication and adept at collaborating with various stakeholders externally and internally to achieve goals. Able to effectively persuade and engage cross‑functional teams in collaborative efforts.
- A willingness to undertake international travel as part of the assigned responsibilities.
