About the Role

Rurutiki Sdn Bhd is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Leading complex negotiations and closing high‑value deals
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximise sales potential
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Accurately tracking and reporting sales performance metrics to management
  • Mentoring junior sales team members and sharing best practices
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in a senior sales role, ideally within the FMCG or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools to enhance productivity
