Join Our Team as a Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Executive!

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by maintaining and expanding our customer base. Exceptional candidates with proven experience will be considered for a Senior Sales Executive role, offering greater responsibility and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand customer database
  • Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers to achieve sales targets and KPI
  • Meet with customers regularly, identify customer needs and orders follow up;
  • Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide insights and feedback to the team
  • Consolidating and prepare sales report and market research
  • Ensure customers’ payments are made on a timely basis
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • SPM, Diploma holder or Tertiary educated with minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or raw materials industry;
  • Candidates with premium product selling background are preferred;
  • Good team player with positive mindset and welcome challenges
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility;
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia
  • Proficiency in English and able to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin. Hokkien will be an advantage;
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
