Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage and develop sales activities in the assigned region (KL or Penang).
- Develop regional sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers; maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide professional product solutions.
- Conduct market research, gather competitor information, and propose improvement strategies.
- Lead business negotiations, prepare quotations, and follow up on contracts.
- Coordinate after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or sales management; experience in machinery or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Familiarity with China-invested (PRC) corporate market is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and results-driven.
- Possess a valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate with clients in Mandarin, English, or Malay is preferred.
