  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold-calling
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling
  • Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to potential customers
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within agreed upon targets and timelines
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing post-sale support
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline and performance
