What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the packaging manufacturing industry
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs
• Providing expert technical advice and support to clients, proposing innovative packaging solutions
• Preparing and delivering high-quality sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the production, operations and marketing teams
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
• Travelling to clients' sites at least once in a quarter such as Taiwan, Singapore, China to deliver exceptional services

What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role
• Great language skills in English and Mandarin as needed to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients (Taiwan, China etc.)
• At least Diploma education qualification
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent technical knowledge of packaging materials, equipment and production processes
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
