We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in Johor and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of company products and services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in line with client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of company products, industry applications, and competitor landscape.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups to support business growth.
  • Perform regular customer visits for technical support, product inspections, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee local operations, including rental utilities and general site management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
