Role Description

As a Sales Manager at Evlos, you will drive revenue growth for our AI-powered machine vision and inspection solutions, with a strong focus on semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and automated production environments.

This role requires a blend of technical sales leadership, semiconductor domain understanding, and consultative selling, working closely with customers, engineers, and partners to deliver high-value inspection and automation solutions with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Market Focus
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across Evlos’ semiconductor, electronics, and automation solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within semiconductor manufacturing, SMT, electronics assembly, and high-precision industrial environments
2. Client & Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with factory, production, process, and engineering stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding yield, defect, uptime, and quality challenges within manufacturing lines
3. Strategic Sales Planning
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within semiconductor inspection, machine vision, and automation ecosystems
  • Collaborate with management to define pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and go-to-market plans tailored to industrial customers
4. Sales Leadership & Execution
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members on solution-based selling in technical and factory environments
  • Foster a disciplined, results-driven sales culture aligned with Evlos’ innovation-focused mindset
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with application engineers, R&D, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth project delivery
  • Translate customer feedback from production environments into structured insights for product and engineering teams
6. Technical Proposal & Presentation Oversight
  • Oversee preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tenders in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Deliver high-impact solution demos, factory-level presentations, and executive briefings
7. Pipeline Management & Reporting
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Present monthly and quarterly sales performance updates to management
8. Industry Engagement & Partnerships
  • Represent Evlos at semiconductor, electronics, and automation trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Develop and manage system integrators, channel partners, and distributors to expand regional and international presence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales within semiconductor, machine vision, factory automation, or electronics manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of consultative / solution-based selling in industrial settings
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in companies within the semiconductor inspection or automation ecosystem (e.g. machine vision, AOI/SPI, factory automation)
  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, SMT lines, or electronics production environments
  • Existing network within semiconductor, electronics, or industrial manufacturing industries
  • Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or industrial automation partners
