• Assisting brokers with reinsurance placement services.
• Responsible for renewal placement independently.
• Managing data management and updating activity on broker systems.
• Preparing contracts, slips, endorsements, and invoices.
• Collaborating with internal departments for billing and documentation.
• Building relationships with clients and reinsurers.
• Working on operational projects to improve service standards.
• Monitoring department’s revenue and preparing reports.
