A leading design & build company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, procurement, and commercial matters across various projects. You will prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets, and negotiate with clients and subcontractors. Ideal candidates should have 5-6 years of experience in quantity surveying with a strong understanding of both pre-contract and post-contract functions. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven exposure to both pre-contract and post-contract QS functions.
• Experience in design & build, interior design & build, renovation, or construction environments.
